Tonight I sent an email to my clients with this withering orchid bloom imbedded. I spoke about grief. How’s it’s showing up for me in my personal life, in my work and how my work feels like a steady flow of quiet moments in the treatment room. The last 24 hours have been heavy but this sweet bloom was a reminder of saying goodbye to a soul. Thank you to friends that gave me your love and support today from yesterday’s loss.

🤰🏻Prepping for one of my wonderful pregnant clients. I can’t wait to see how she’s progressing during this pregnancy and how I can help alleviate her skin and body stressors.
She’s such a joy to work with and brings so much peace to my sessions.
I feel so blessed to slowly build and have a good clientele walk through my door.
I just found a new worship playlist as well that we will listen to for today’s session. I’m starting of with a soothing version of “nothing else”
It’s been rainy and kind of gloomy in Boone these past days ; so it’s perfect weather to stay indoors and get some bodywork done.
