🧠 👂 What Is a Sound Bath (and How It Works)?

A sound bath is a form of vibrational therapy that uses sound frequencies to help the body shift from a state of stress into relaxation.

During a sound bath, instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes produce sound frequency vibrations that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of your body responsible for rest, recovery, and healing.

You don’t “meditate” or do anything special. You simply lie still while the sound waves interact with your brain and body. This process can:

We’ve updated the schedule to make it easier to join in person or online, so you can flow from wherever feels best for you.
