✨ Provider Spotlight: Christina Ferguson ✨

At Resilient Health & Wellness, we’re proud to have incredible practitioners who bring unique gifts to our community. Today we’re highlighting Christina Ferguson, owner of Arkansas Reiki & Meditation and one of our wonderful instructors and practitioners.

Christina is a former RN, Reiki practitioner, meditation guide, and yoga instructor who is passionate about helping others restore balance, relaxation, and calm within the body.

Christina offers:

🌿 Reiki Energy Healing
Gentle energy work that promotes relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

🎶 Sound Healing
Christina offers both private sound healing sessions and group sound baths designed to deeply relax the mind and body.

✨ Monthly Studio Sound Bath
A beautiful immersive experience where the vibration of crystal bowls helps calm the nervous system and support deep rest. These are typically held the last Sunday of each month.

🧘‍♀️ Classes at Resilient:

• Restorative Fusion – a deeply relaxing class combining gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative postures

• SSB (Stretch, Strength, and Breathe) – a supportive class focused on improving flexibility, stability, and mobility

• Level 1 Yoga- Christina also teaches Level 1 Yoga, a class designed for those who are ready to build strength, improve mobility, and deepen their yoga practice at a comfortable pace.

✨ Coming Soon: Beginner Foundations Series

Christina is also preparing to launch another Beginner Foundations Series, designed specifically for those who are completely new to yoga or want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment.

This series will be perfect if you’ve ever thought:
✔ “I want to try yoga but don’t know where to start.”
✔ “I want to build a strong foundation.”
✔ “I want a slower, supportive learning environment.”
