Tommy Clyde Minter, 82, of Ricetown, Kentucky passed away October 17, 2025 at the Owsley County Health Care Center following a short illness.

Tommy is survived by his wife Geraldine Marshall Minter, his son Jason “Rachelle” Minter, grandsons Owen Minter and Aiden Minter, a special grandchild Waylon Jace Oliver and several nieces, nephews , relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22, 2025 starting at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Searcy and Strong Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 22,2025 at 1:00 pm at the Searcy and Strong Funeral Home with Brother William Owen and Brother Terry Sandlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Esau-Gabbard Cemetery, Indian Creek, Kentucky.

Jamie “Gunner” Campbell, 48, of Booneville, Kentucky passed away September 25, 2025 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky following a motorcycle accident.

Jamie is survived by his son Daniel James Campbell, his mother Myrtle McIntosh, one sister Crystal Smith, one brother Jacob Campbell, one niece Taylor Bennett, one nephew Trevor Bennett and a special friend Rebecca Griffett.

Visitation will be Monday, September 29, 2025 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at the Searcy and Strong Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1:00pm at the Searcy and Strong Funeral Home with Brother William McKelvey officiating. Burial will follow in the Shepherd Memorial Cemetery, Booneville, Kentucky.

Sylvia is survived by her sister Debbie “Clifton” Ridgeway, two brothers Mitchell “Ruth Ann” Gabbard, Anthony “Allison” Gabbard and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Nathan is survived by his loving wife Betty Jean Mullins of 29 years. His sons Michael Todd “Renea” Mullins and Donnie Bowling. One grandson Nicholas Shane Svatba, nephew Tony Roberts and other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Dorothy Lee Amis Bowling, 72, of Ricetown, Kentucky passed away August 3, 2025 at her residence following a brief illness.

Dorothy is survived by her brothers Ronnie “Liz” Amis and Paul Wayne “Sara Belle” Amis. Her sister Phyllis “Bobby” Frost.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Amis-Baker Cemetery on Grassy Branch, Kentucky. Brother Terry Sandlin will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Indian Creek Church Building Fund in memory of Dorothy.

Sarah is survived by her two sons Roy “Connie” Goodman and Mark “Karen” Goodman. Two brothers Roy and Andy Bowling. Special nieces Lauren Riley, JoAnn Jarvis, Donna Cope, Diane Baker, Gail Howard and Jennifer Riley.
