💛 Celebrating OT Month 💛

We’re so grateful for Baylee Moreno, OTA, and the heart she brings to our team every single day. From the moment she stepped in, we knew she was a perfect fit for our therapy family 💛
She has such a natural way with kids—gentle, patient, and genuinely loving—which makes such a difference in how they feel and how they succeed. You can see it in the way they respond to her.

Watching Baylee grow in her role has been so special, and we are truly excited to have her stepping into a full-time position. She is a valued part of our WAPR family, and we’re so lucky she’s ours! 💙

Today we’re also recognizing Jessie Green, OT, for the leadership, heart, and dedication she brings to Booneville Schools and our team. Jessie stepped in when she was needed most and has been incredible—not just as a therapist, but as a mentor and friend to so many.

She is organized, knowledgeable, and consistently thorough, ensuring every child receives high-quality, individualized care. More than that, Jessie leads with patience and encouragement, creating a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff.

Her willingness to help, guide, and uplift others truly sets her apart. We are so grateful for Jessie and the difference she makes each day! 💜

We’re so thankful for Lindsay Meador, OTA, who serves students at Booneville Schools with such dedication and love. Lindsay is the definition of consistent, thoughtful care—thorough in everything she does and always approaching her work with kindness and patience.

Her soft-spoken nature creates a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe to try, learn, and grow. Behind the scenes, she brings incredible creativity to her treatment strategies, making each session meaningful and engaging.

Today we’re celebrating our incredible OTA, Whitney Reames! Whitney serves our kiddos in Paris Schools and is truly a gift to everyone she works with. She is always patient, kind, and loving—meeting each child right where they are and helping them feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Whitney’s creativity makes therapy both fun and meaningful, and her knowledge and passion for this profession shine through in everything she does. She has a special way of connecting with her students and making a lasting impact on their lives.

We are so grateful for the heart she pours into her work each day. Paris is blessed to have her, and so are we! 💫

At Western Arkansas Pediatric Rehab and Kids & Company Pediatric Therapy Center, we are so proud to celebrate the incredible work of Occupational Therapy and the difference it makes in the lives of children and families every single day.
OT helps children build the skills children need to grow, learn, and thrive—from fine motor and handwriting to sensory processing, independence, and everyday activities.
We are honored to walk alongside our kiddos and families as they reach milestones, overcome challenges, and gain confidence. 💙
