Critical Mass is now introducing the first of several programs to help it's members get the most out of their time and effort inside and outside of the gym.Please like and follow this page to get up to date info on this program as we go forward.Now for a little bit of info on what Functional Corrective Strength Training 101 is and is not.FCST101 is an introduction to basic strength training intended for those who have never really done any kind of strength or weight training.The program will revolve around a series of movement exercises and stretches designed to address common muscle imbalances(Upper Cross Syndrome, Lower Cross Syndrome and even Forward head posture) while at the same time allowing the individual to progress at their own pace.Now what FCST101 is not.It is not a program where you will be lifting a lot of weight or being pushed really hard to achieve progressions.Again this is meant to be a beginner program with the idea in mind that the participants have no previous experience or formal knowledge in the area of strength training.After completing this program an individual will have the basic knowledge to begin their own strength and fitness program or move onto our next program which will be the 13 week weight loss camp that will begin in April.Thanks to all and I look forward to working with all of those who choose to go through the program.
