Dementia and related memory issues can feel overwhelming - for the individual experiencing them, and especially for those who care about them. We're launching a new dementia support group Caring Together, with certified Dementia Friendly Washington County facilitators Steven Luber & Amanda Crawford.

Join us in our auditorium Thursday, May 28th, from 2-3pm. It's a safe space that will provide knowledge, comfort, and a network of peers who can make all the difference in your journey.

Last week, we held our Quarterly Memorial Service in our chapel. This longstanding tradition honors residents who passed away in the first quarter of 2026. It gives fellow residents, staff members, and family members a chance to come together for a brief worship service.

Organized by worship leader Candice Summers and our in-house Chaplain Dana Mersereau, this service is complete with the piano accompaniment of Judy Long, hymns, prayer, and an opportunity for loved ones to share memories.

We were all shook up this week, thanks to Elvis Presley impersonator Taylor Brown, who took our residents (along with their family and guests) on a journey through our Spring Sock Hop! Our Activities team outdid themselves with this one, putting together a wonderful mixer full of smiles, laughter, a little song, and a little dance, too!

Thank you so much, Taylor, and to everyone who made this day together so very special!
