Due to a family emergency Sarah, our provider, will be out of the office today! As always, you can still have access via spruce/texting/calling. A nurse is available at the Boonville clinic until 3pm. Happy almost weekend!

Next Wednesday (4-16) will be a virtual day for us at the Columbia office as well!

Good morning! We hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season! We want to be able to alert you all via Facebook of days we might not be open at the Boonville location due to vacations, virtual days, sickness, etc. We will post each Friday the schedule for next week and change accordingly the best we can! Monday 12/16: Boonville location open, Sarah is in office 8:30-5:30
