It’s with a heavy heart that I write this post. Trinity Massage will be closing its door at the end of October. This has not been an easy decision to make and one that I have given much thought to over the past few months. Thank you to all of my clients and to the Boonville community for your support over the past three and a half years.

For those who may have unused gift certificates, please reach out to schedule as soon as possible I will do my best to see you before the end of October.

Hello! I’m Cheryl, owner and operator of Trinity Massage in Boonville NY. I’m a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and I’d like to tell you a little about my self and my journey into Massage Therapy.

Soon after graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2019, I began my work as a therapist.
It didn’t take long to realize I was creating my own blend of learned techniques and my inner intuition. Each client was becoming a customized session, sensing where muscles needed deeper pressure or time to relax, letting mind and body receive rest from the stress and worry of daily life.

It was during my previous work at other businesses that I realized it was very important for me to be able to take time with each client to fully understand their wellness goals. I knew I wanted to provide a safe, comfortable environment where my clients would feel that they were being heard with compassion and understanding.

In July of 2021 I decided to begin my practice in Boonville and these elements came together creating the individualized healing space of Trinity Massage, honoring the wellness of the body, mind, and spirit.

In my personal time I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation. I love cooking, baking and most things wellness related. I have four amazing children and currently have five beautiful grandchildren. My husband and I enjoy spending time together gardening, hiking, and kayaking in the Adirondacks. We are fortunate and grateful to live in such a beautiful area of NY.
