Let’s talk about monthly wellness care!

To see the full benefits of chiropractic care, we have to be consistent. It’s very similar to eating healthy. We can eat healthy for a few weeks, feel great maybe lose some weight and see the positives. If we then go back to unhealthy eating for 6 months, then those few weeks of healthy eating don’t really have much of an impact.

Getting adjusted is the same way! You can come in with pain and after a few weeks start feeling better. Then 6 months later that same problem comes back and we are back to square one. If we take the time to have our monthly maintenance adjustment we can break this cycle.
