At Transcendent Healthcare North, we believe that moments of care and connection are just as important as clinical excellence. Today we transformed our conference room into a peaceful retreat thanks to the generosity of Sherie Mason with Mary Kay. Residents and staff were treated to a refreshing gel mask, soothing lip treatment, foot scrub, and hand lotion. It was an experience that went far beyond pampering, one that focused on connection and peace.

Sherie volunteered her time, her products, and her heart to remind each person who participated that they are valued, special, and worthy of care. This thoughtful gesture created an atmosphere of that was an extension of the values we strive to live out daily here at Transcendent North. We are truly grateful for her willingness to make a difference and for bringing such a meaningful experience to our home.

It’s through generosity like this that our mission to enrich lives becomes a shared effort across our community. Together, we can make every day brighter for those we serve. 💙

We love giving our residents opportunities to experience life outside the facility. Today that meant a little trip to Scales Lake Park where we explored the new walking trail and soaked up the fresh air. Afterward, we took a short drive around town before heading back home to relax on the front porch while we waited for lunch.

Outings like this not only offer a change of scenery but also give our residents the chance to connect with nature, share in new experiences, and simply enjoy the comfort of being together. 💙

We were blessed with the best of volunteers from New Hope Community Church: Newburgh today! They called bingo, provided prizes, and most importantly gave their time while visiting and loving on our residents. We are so grateful for their continued support, compassion, and commitment to the lives of those we serve. Partnerships like these make a lasting impact. We had so much fun today and are so appreciative to New Hope for everything they do for our facility!

We celebrated environmental services week with our great staff last week .We had fun games daily for friendly competition and ended the week with a scavenger hunt that included doing your favorite yoga pose.

This morning our Rise and Revive group enjoyed something new: a gentle, modified tai chi session!

The slow and flowing movements helped improve balance, encouraged relaxation, and supported flexibility while giving everyone a calm and peaceful start to the day. It was a wonderful way to focus on both body and mind as we welcomed the morning together. 💙

Today we marked the beginning of fall with our residents and families. We indulged in donuts from Pioneer Bakery and caramel apple slices and cold apple cider.

Today we had the honor of recognizing Officer Cody Trine with Boonville Police Department on National School Resource Officer Day! Transcendent Healthcare North delivered a small appreciation basket full of goodies to thank him for the positive impact he makes both at Loge Elementary School and within our community. His presence provides reassurance not only to students and parents, but also to our residents who have grandchildren (and even great-grandchildren!) that attend Loge. That peace of mind is a gift that extends far beyond the school doors and it’s the kind of impact that lasts well beyond the school day.

Our residents at Transcendent Healthcare North prove that strength comes in many forms. But the real magic of strength happens in community. Gentle stretches help ease stiff joints, boost circulation, and set the tone for the day, while fresh air and sunshine lift the spirit.

Moving together, encouraging one another, and sharing time outside turns a simple routine into a ritual of strength, wellness, and connection. When residents feel stronger, supported, and connected, it’s easy to see why they say “My Choice is Transcendent”.

We had a fantastic turnout today as The Cheese Queen gourmet grilled cheese truck rolled into Transcendent Healthcare North! Residents, staff, and community friends all came together to enjoy a delicious lunch and time together.

A huge thank you to our owner, Tom O’Niones, for treating our residents and to The Cheese Queen for serving up a lunch with such fantastic flavor!

It’s always so meaningful to see familiar faces from the Boonville community show up in support, like our friends from Dr. David Hyndman Optometrist office and local community members!

We’re extremely grateful to be part of such a supportive community and love creating experiences that bring everyone together. This is why our community says, “My Choice is Transcendent.”

From 11 AM to 1 PM, residents, staff, and community friends are welcome to come by, share a meal, and enjoy some time together! Please join us for a chance to connect, visit, and support a local favorite. We’d love to see you!

We believe mornings set the tone for the entire day. That’s why we started our weekly Rise and Revive, a program that gently wakes up our bodies through simple stretching and mindful movement. Residents joined our Activities Director, Katie, for a 15 minute wellness video tailored for seniors this morning; focusing on safe movements that support circulation, posture, and energy for the day ahead.

We finished our session joining our friends outdoors, where the fresh air and sunshine provided a natural boost to our overall wellness!

It was the perfect way to ease into the day, reminding us all that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated—it just takes consistency and a willingness to show up.
