Please join us in congratulating Izzy Courtney and Katie Brenneman on officially passing the Indiana CNA licensing exam and becoming Certified Nursing Assistants!

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication they have shown! Becoming a CNA takes a true commitment to caring for others and both Izzy and Katie have already demonstrated those qualities.
We are thankful to have them as part of our team and are excited to continue supporting them as they grow, learn, and succeed in their healthcare careers! Our residents are fortunate to be surrounded by caregivers who genuinely care the way they do.

This morning a few of our residents participated in a guided step by step painting activity creating beautiful starry night inspired artwork featuring silhouetted trees and peaceful evening skies. Residents followed along through each stage of the painting process while adding their own creative touches and styles. Creative activities like these help support fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, emotional expression, and cognitive stimulation while also encouraging relaxation and reducing anxiety!
Each painting turned out uniquely beautiful and our residents did an amazing job!

One of the best parts of community involvement is watching different generations connect in genuine and meaningful ways 💙

This past Friday, after our bellies were full of delicious ice cream, we were excited to welcome back a local Boonville homeschool group for their monthly “game night” with our residents! These families spend hours bringing in new board games and teaching residents how to play while sharing laughs and conversation throughout the evening.

Our residents love these visits which have become a wonderful opportunity that is centered around engagement and meaningful intergenerational connections. We are proud to help foster relationships, community involvement, and shared experiences like these here at Transcendent Healthcare North.

Thank you to this wonderful homeschool group for continuing to share your time, kindness, patience, and fun games with our residents and facility! We are incredibly thankful for the sense of community you help bring into our home.

Shout out to part of our weekend crew for joining in on the fun and laughs during our Circus themed Nurses Week and National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration. They are bringing plenty of humor and teamwork along with them while continuing to work tirelessly for our residents.

We are thankful for the staff who continue showing up, supporting one another, and caring for our residents day in and day out - weekends included.

What a wonderful way to wrap up our Circus Themed Nurses Week and National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration!

Thank you to Sweet Dreams À La Mode for always being so kind, generous, and willing to come spoil our staff and residents. Your support and partnership with our facility is priceless and we are incredibly thankful for the joy you help bring to our building every time you visit.

Thank you to everyone in the community who stopped by today to support our residents, staff, and local small businesses during our ice cream day. Seeing community support throughout the afternoon meant so much to all of us.

A special thank you as well to our owner, Tom Oniones, for continuing to support and appreciate both our staff and residents throughout Nurses Week and Skilled Nursing Care Week. Opportunities like these and moments of appreciation would not be possible without leadership that values the people inside the building. Thank you for helping make this week special for so many.

✨Most importantly✨, thank you to our all of staff members. The work you do matters. The care you provide matters. The long hours, the patience, the teamwork, the compassion, and the countless things you do behind the scenes in every department, every single day, are seen and deeply appreciated.
