Dr. David Vinci is very proud that Adirondack EyeCare has been offering quality eyecare for the entire family for more than 30 years. Sadly, Dr. Burr passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2003 which in turn left his family, patients and staff unsure of the practice's future. In 2005, Adirondack EyeCare was reopened, under the direction of Dr. Ronald Poulin & Dr. Jerry Baker. The location and phone number remained the same, however the office was remodeled. Kristen Peebles remained the office manager and was excited about the new transition of the office; along with the updated technology. Everyone felt that Dr. Burr would be pleased with the advancement ot the practice. In July of 2005 the office was happy to welcome Dr. David J. Vinci, of Rome, NY. Through much hard work and dedication the doctors and staff have continued to update the technology and have enjoyed once again serving the community. Along with comprehensive eye care, the office also conducts school screenings, and participates in career days at the local schools.
