MEET ALLAN!
Allan Grajek started classes this month. Here is a little bit more info about Allan.
Allan Grajek registered 200-hour RYT and certified group fitness trainer. He has studied Awakening yoga (a progressive practice with roots in Hatha Vinyasa yoga focusing on accessible and creative movement practices), at the Awakening Yoga Academy, and Group Fitness with the American Council on Exercise. He is a devout lover of nature with a great respect and appreciation for life. He has made fitness, self-mastery, and nutrition key components in staying fit mentally and physically while enduring the challenges of modern living. As someone who has a passion for helping others and a desire to serve his community Allan seeks to share his knowledge pertaining to health and fitness with those who have an interest in cultivating optimal health and mental wellness.
Inspired by many masters and teachers, a jack of many trades with a passion for movement, he has experience with a variety of Martial arts, dance, and yoga. He is naturally energized, stays pretty active, and likes to swim, surf, play ultimate frisbee, run dance, meditate, and most of all practice yoga. Watch out if he has more than a few sips of tea. He loves to make others laugh and gets a good laugh out of doing so.
Using a modern science-based approach with new discoveries in biomechanics to form a unique style of his own combining yoga, meditation, and fitness, Allan provides safe and effective exercise sequences to inspire joy, relieve stress, achieve strength, cultivate flexibility, and greater range of mobility while allowing for deep healing and awakening on many levels of mind, body, and soul.
His classes are all inclusive and designed to create accessible practice habits for all levels while keeping the age old time-tested core elements and benefits of the practice alive and true.
