Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Full-Time, Days!

💰 Annual Salary: $90,760 – $97,760 (based on experience)
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

🌟 What You’ll Do:
✔ Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations
✔ Help lead, guide, and supervise nursing staff
✔ Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
✔ Assist with staffing needs, documentation, and administrative duties
✔ Provide direct nursing care when needed

✅ Requirements:
▪️ NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
▪️ Minimum 1 year nursing service administration experience
▪️ Long-term care experience preferred
▪️ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
