💰 Salary: $90,760 – $97,760 (based on experience)
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

In this leadership role, you’ll support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. If you’re a compassionate RN with strong leadership skills and a passion for long-term care, we’d love to hear from you!
