Job Summary: This position requires assessing, evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for children birth through age three to improve the child’s functional ability to perform tasks at home and in other environments and correct or compensate for medical problems. Treatment is directed toward the prevention or minimization of a disability.

Work Environment: Work environment varies with the location of the service recipient. Possible exposure to both heat and cold. Frequent travel required in Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Spencer Counties.

SIRS day program and transportation, in all locations, will reopen on a normal schedule Monday February 2.

Due to the winter weather and the arctic temperatures we have made the decision to close transportation and day program in all locations for the rest of the week (Weds 1/28 - Fri 1/30).

Administrative offices will be open.

We would also like to THANK all of the SIRS staff who have continued to work throughout the storm keeping our individuals safe and keeping the Nancy Hanks rest area open for those that have to travel. We appreciate everything you do!
