✨ Big News from SIRS! ✨
After 22 incredible years with SIRS—including five years as our CEO—Cheryl Mullis is stepping down at the end of the year. We are so grateful that Cheryl will continue to share her expertise in a new role focused on recruitment and training, helping to shape the next generation of leaders at SIRS.
The Board of Directors has named Melissa Sharp, our COO and Executive Vice President, as Cheryl’s successor. Cheryl will work closely with Melissa and our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
Cheryl shared:
"I’m immensely proud of what we’ve accomplished together as a team and the company’s positive impact on our local communities and the IDD industry. As I step down, I am confident that SIRS is well-positioned for continued success, and I look forward to seeing what’s next for this remarkable organization."

Spooky celebrations and smiles galore at the Jasper Library Boo Bash yesterday. RCS’s Ashley and April joined in on the fun, handing out treats and soaking up the Halloween spirit. A total of 596 little ghouls and goblins came through for a fang-tastic day. 🎃👻
