Reiki Reflections ✨

This week carried a clear and consistent theme—root chakra imbalances.
Feelings of being stuck, unsettled, disconnected… even a sense of underlying instability.

And honestly, this isn’t surprising.

The May 1st Full Moon in Scorpio brought forward a powerful mirror—illuminating the deeper truths we may have been avoiding and the patterns that have kept us feeling “safe”… but also small.

If you’ve been feeling this energy, take a moment to pause and ground.

Ask yourself:
What part of me is ready to feel safe enough to be fully seen?

There’s something powerful in that awareness alone—but true shift happens when we allow the body and energy to process and release what it’s been holding.
