Tucked into the extreme southeast corner of Pennsylvania, Boothwyn Apothecary has been servicing the community since 1933. Panarello, worked as a pugilist, longshoreman, racehorse owner, and pharmacist. Humble community origins squarely concentrated on taking care of the patients first. Almost 90 years later, the Mission of Boothwyn Apothecary is to “always put the patient first.”

Modern conveniences abound to assist our patients with our mobile app, online refills, and complimentary enrollment in our Med-Sync program effortlessly coordinated with our Custom Unit Dose Packaging. Residents of assisted and independent living facilities within the region rely upon Boothwyn Apothecary and our highly specialized trained team to assist them with their medication and equipment needs. Geriatric care is one of our specialties and we proudly assist caregivers and family members in providing the optimum health for their loved ones. Further patient services at Boothwyn Apothecary include traditional pharmacy services; vaccinations; telehealth consultations with a licensed pharmacist and readily available and special order medical and surgical supplies. Affiliated with Boothwyn Apothecary is the Boothwyn Pharmacy located in nearby Kennett Square, PA. Specializing in customized prescribed compounded medications for people, companion animals, and equine, the tradition started by George Panarello continues.
