This is an image of a flag hanging in farm that I saw when I visited last week. It stood out to me, especially as someone who is thinking ahead a lot. Anyone else??
Something that I see helps others during this constant past/future thinking, is the practice of gratitude; recognizing what and/or who we have right in front of us. Acknowledging the here and now. Gratitude doesn’t need to be only big accomplishments or items, it can also be those small moments or items.
Gratitude for the birds chirping in the trees
Gratitude for seeing a dog on your walk
Gratitude for being able to hold your loved one’s hands
✨What are you grateful for?✨
The second image is a sketchbook entry I created with paint markers. I’m grateful that my nails match this door in the background (see, it’s little things too that count!!) 😆
I hope you have a wonderful day today🫶🏻
