This time of year always reminds me to pause and reflect on gratitude. In a world that often feels heavy with troubling headlines, I find balance by focusing on the good.

Here are just a few things I’m grateful for this season:

My lively family and the laughter we share

Molly’s full body wag greeting me at the end of each day

Moonlight reminding me that longer days and shorter nights are coming

A freshly-ground latte that feels like pure joy

Our beautiful community and organizations dedicated to bringing love and joy to our charming city

Cozy afternoons with tea and a nap

Feeling stronger and bendy after a hot yoga class

Trips that refreshed and inspired me

Brilliant colleagues who challenge and inspire me

Clients who become friends and put their trust in my care

Gratitude truly is an attitude, and even on the hardest days, my list is long. Life changes when we meet it with appreciation for all that we are, have, and do.
