"Our family is deeply grateful for the care Serenity Hospice provided during the last three weeks of my father-in-law’s life. From start to finish, the nurses, aides, case managers, and chaplain showed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and kindness.

As a nurse myself, I was especially moved by the care Samai gave my father-in-law the night before he passed. She tucked him in lovingly, spoke to him in the softest, most reassuring words, and made sure he was truly comfortable. That small act of tenderness meant the world to us. ❤️

Our Case Manager, Melissa, was EXCEPTIONAL. We know how demanding her role is, yet she carried it out with such grace, advocacy, and kindness. Please know the lasting impact you’ve made on our family—we will be forever grateful.
