"My mom was placed on hospice care a few months ago and I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful team that took care of my mom. The care of the nursing staff needs to be acknowledged.The kindness and compassion nurse Krystle and the on call nurse Aruna showed our family was truly amazing and appreciated. Having a loved one on hospice care was difficult , a very emotional decision to make and we are thankful to have made the decision to select a company that went above and beyond. Both nurse Krystle and Aruna went beyond our expectations and provided kindness, understanding , outstanding service,patience, detail explanation of the process, educated several family member on medication, what to look for, what to expect in the end. I felt very supported throughout the process. Thank you again for everything. The two hospice nurses were truly a blessing and we are happy that our mom passed with a great team caring for her in her last days. Thank you Serenity Hospice care."
