How to know? Is the juice you buy cold-pressed?

Did you know there are at least 4 ways to make juice?

🥇 Cold-Pressed: Ground, then hydraulic-pressed under massive pressure.

🥈 Masticating: Slowly crushed and squeezed with an auger.

🥉 Centrifugal: Fast-spinning blades separate juice from pulp.

🧃 Concentrate: Juice processed, stored, and later reconstituted.

All can produce juice—but they don’t produce the same flavor, yield, or level of processing.

When comparing juices, ask:
✔ How was it made?
✔ Was a hydraulic press used?
✔ Is it made from fresh produce or concentrate?
✔ How long is the shelf life?

Knowing the process helps you know what’s in your bottle.
