Today and more doctors are recommending Tai Chi to improve balance, flexibility and aerobic capacity. At YWR we're offering an Introduction to Tai Chi, starting Sunday, Jan 18, from 9:30am-10:00am, following a half hour of Qi Gong, a meditative practice that also supports relaxation, flexibility and stamina.
Intermediate Tai Chi is also offered Tuesdays 10am-11am.
