The InHealth Community Wellness Free Clinic in Boscobel opened its doors on October 22, 2007. 18 years ago! Hard to believe!

We never could have done this without the hard work and dedication of our Board, our Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and Volunteers!

Established in October 2007, the mission of the InHealth Community Wellness Free Clinic is to strengthen community health by providing basic health and dental services to residents of Grant, Crawford (medical) and Grant, Crawford, Richland, and Vernon counties (dental).

Notice to all people who qualify in Grant, Crawford, Vernon and Richland Counties who need help with dental care.
The InHealth Community Wellness Clinic is offering $750.00 a patient who qualify to get help with dental care.
If you need financial assistance we can work with your local dentist. You must apply at the InHealth Community Wellness Clinic, 109 E. Bluff Street Boscobel, Wisconsin.
The clinic is open on Mondays and Wednesdays. Call 608-375-4324 to make an appointment.

We received a grant from the Eckstein Foundation, in May 2025. Grants and donations like this allow us to help the uninsured and the underinsured, in our community.
