We are now serving Grant, Crawford, Richland and Vernon Counties with Dental, Hearing, civic testing and vision care through financial support. Patients should meet the following guidelines:

Live in either Grant or Crawford county

• Do not have affordable health insurance

• Do not qualify for Medicare

• Do not qualify for Medicaid or Badger care

• Do not have Veteran’s care

• Or in need of special health services such as
emergency dental, vision or hearing care

Have income less than 250% of federal poverty guidelines.

Established in October 2007, the mission of the InHealth Community Wellness Free Clinic is to strengthen community health by providing basic health and dental services to residents of Grant, Crawford (medical) and Grant, Crawford, Richland, and Vernon counties (dental).

Notice to all people who qualify in Grant, Crawford, Vernon and Richland Counties who need help with dental care.
The InHealth Community Wellness Clinic is offering $750.00 a patient who qualify to get help with dental care.
If you need financial assistance we can work with your local dentist. You must apply at the InHealth Community Wellness Clinic, 109 E. Bluff Street Boscobel, Wisconsin.
The clinic is open on Mondays and Wednesdays. Call 608-375-4324 to make an appointment.

The Mission of InHealth Community Wellness Clinic is to strengthen community health and well being by providing free basic health services for the uninsured through the help of volunteers, local health services and community support. We promote education supporting personal health and well-being and work to assist the ongoing needs of our patients.

New patients should come early to fill out their paperwork. No Appointments needed. First Come First serve. It is our Vision to provide health care which is founded on, sustained by, and responsive to the demands of human dignity.

There is no charge to see our providers, and prescription medications are provided with a $6.00 co-pay as needed. All of this is possible through the work of 30 medical and lay volunteers and one paid clinic coordinator and is supported through the generous donations of local individuals, churches, businesses and organizations, as well as grants and fundraising events.
