Love it or hate it, dry needling is a great therapy. If you can get over the fear of having needles in you, this can help speed up recovery, decrease pain, and loosen up tight muscles.
This month we have an anti-inflammatory nutrition workshop. This will be a great time to get in the nuts of bolts of what anti-inflammatory diet is and the benefits of it.
The good news is the more real food you eat and the more inflammation you avoid the less needles I have to poke you with. 😂😂
