It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of the passing of Dr. Michael R. Allen.....

Please keep his family and friends in your prayers as we all struggle thru this sad time of loss. 🙏
We will miss Doc terribly, but he is at peace now with no pain and happy in the arms of our Heavenly Lord that he loved so much with his beloved son by his side.

I will update with arrangements at a later date.

Family and Friends,
After practicing Chiropractic medicine for over 41 years I am sharing with a heavy heart and mixed emotions that I have retired. I feel that many of you have become more like family over the years and it has indeed been a privilege to serve you. I am truly honored and grateful for the trust that you have placed in me to be your doctor.

Thank you to everyone for being SO patient while I have been recovering from back surgery.
I will start back in the office on Monday, July 21st, to see patients.

Office hours will be Monday and Friday from 9am to 4pm, (lunch 12 to 1pm)
and Wednesday 9am to 1pm
Appointments are necessary to be seen.
