You can think "That tire is ruined and this sucks," or you can be happy you can afford a new tire.

You can think "I'm sick and this sucks," or you can be happy there's medicine to fix you.

You can think "I'm dehydrated, cramping, and feel awful", or you can be happy you can get an IV to get right.

Gratitude and positivity are wonderful cures.

The point of being healthy is to live a long, happy life. If you obsessively work out and take supplements and never treat yourself, you're missing the "happy" part of life.
