We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our growing medical practice in Bossier City, Louisiana. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll play a crucial role in patient care and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Administer medications as directed by physicians
- Perform basic laboratory tests
- Schedule appointments and maintain medical records
- Provide excellent patient care and education

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
