Fall Prevention Week at Pilgrim Manor!

In recognition of Fall Prevention Week, we are proud to highlight the importance of physical activity in reducing the risk of falls among older adults.

In addition to offering individualized therapy services, Pilgrim Manor provides group exercise classes three times per week. As an added benefit, these group exercise sessions are not billed to insurance—a valuable service available to residents who stay with us.

Today, residents participated in a structured TheraBand exercise class, followed by an educational session emphasizing the connection between regular physical activity and fall prevention. Group exercise not only enhances strength and balance but also promotes confidence and independence. We remain dedicated to promoting a safe, active, and engaged lifestyle for all residents.
