Need another tool to your wellness tool belt? Barbara O’Neill’s flu bomb is a potent antiviral/antibacterial/expectorant.

Flu bomb:
-1 whole lemon juiced
-1 clove fresh garlic crushed
-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. grated ginger
-1 heaping tsp of raw honey
-1/2 cup warm water

Mix all ingredients and drink at the onset of cold or flu symptoms. Barbara recommends doing 3 of these 3 times a day. I can usually tolerate about two. It’s pretty strong. It will help kick whatever you have.
