The art of Yin Yoga is to remain still and allow your body to open up while becoming more flexible and helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

After you’re guided through your Yin practice, Celeste will take you on a sound journey using Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls - easing your mind and body into further relaxation.

She’s been right there with you moving and grooving in classes and now we’d like to welcome her to the Aspire team!

Lori has been a dedicated member of our community, has been putting in hours of practice behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her energy in the room! ⚡️

She is bringing something brand new to the schedule for our dedicated early risers! 🔥
