Happy PLANKSgiving 2025! 🦃 We are grateful + thankful for everyone who came out this morning for our 9th Annual Planksgiving! Talk about an EPIC sold-out class! 💪  

We have a NEW Plank Champion in the house!! Congratulations to Mark LaForest, who won our plank contest with an incredible time of 25 minutes and 4 seconds, beating last year’s winning time by more than three minutes!

Mick Keating took second place with an impressive time this year of 20:48 and Richard Harold was in third with a strong time of 17:51! 🔥 

Throughout class we gave away tons of prizes, and everyone who attended got a terrific workout—so you can enjoy the rest of Thanksgiving knowing you’ve already torched a bunch of calories. 

Our hearts are full of so much love + gratitude for this one-of-a-kind community! Happy Thanksgiving!
