For our May , we would like to recognize Jan! She has been with The Blake for nearly 8 years and has become a vital part of our community!
Jan is one of our leadership team members here at The Blake. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. Jan joined the team as our Director of Activities before moving into the role of Director of Sales. As Jan prepares for her retirement, we felt it was only fitting to spotlight her as she begins this exciting new chapter. She will be moving to Raleigh, NC with her daughter and family as they all begin a new journey together. While we are excited for her, she will be greatly missed by residents, families, and staff alike.
Her favorite part about working at The Blake is the relationships she has built and the joy of connecting with residents, families, and coworkers each day.
Fun Fact: Jan loves life and people! She enjoys dancing. She also enjoys Chamber of Commerce activities, girl trips, and BUNCO, but her favorite thing is spending time with her family — especially her grandson Maverick, who is the joy of her life. She also has a daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters.
