Every member of our team has a connection to military service — either through serving ourselves or through a close family member(s) who have served or are currently serving. Being so close to Barksdale Air Force Base, we know many of our clients carry those same connections.

While we will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, we wanted to extend a small thank you to the service members who continue to support our business and community.

This week and next week, we are offering complimentary use of our private steam room for veterans and active-duty military. You need not be a current client. We provide everything needed on site. ✨ One of the biggest changes over the past year at Body in Balance came from two unexpected events — our flood last May, and our owner Angie severely cutting her hand the previous May, which required surgery.

Those moments forced us to adapt in ways we never planned to… and one of the best things to come from it was bringing on someone most of you will probably never see.

Someone who helps bring Angie’s creative visions to life while also helping protect the hand that once tried to do *everything* itself. Though these days, Angie has mostly been “reduced” to holding the flashlight… even if she be breaking that rule... 🔦😂

Over the past year, Jared has helped shape so much of the personality, whimsy, custom details, and evolving atmosphere that make Body in Balance feel like *Body in Balance.* His own creativity and craftsmanship have quietly become part of the experience our clients walk into every day.

Today marks his ONE YEAR anniversary with BIB. 🎉
