Since we have rebranded from Fast Weight Loss 365 to Evolve 365 ( Evolve 365- Coaching Group for Nutrition and Fitness ), we realized we need to get rid of our old branded products. We no longer focus on weight loss actually, and instead focus on behavior and lifestyle change through habits, nutrition, mindset, and exercise. “New Year, New Me!” 🤮

New Year’s resolutions SUCK

-You’ve probably made them over and over: “this year I will get healthy and lose weight finally!” Seems innocent and made with good intentions right?
Listen, we aren’t knocking your desire for change, but we know people who tend to make these resolutions associated with “New Year, New Me,” tend to be very temporary. By the end of January people already give up. The excitement of new changes wears off and the motivation dies.

What do you REALLY want?! 👇🏼✨

& are you holding yourself back from achieving it because you’re focusing too much on the end result?

We all want instant gratification without having to think much about it.

When we’re working towards something (especially if it’s in relation to a physical goal) we think we’d be thrilled if it just *happened*

But let me ask you this…

What if the end result you thought you wanted, wasn’t what you wanted at all?

What if you DID lose the 10lbs, but you didn’t actually FEEL any different? 🤯

I hate to tell you this, but it happens all of the time.

➡️ We think that an outcome or a goal reached is going to bring us to some magical place of confidence, contentment & happiness

But if we don’t work on actually building our confidence along the way, that goal means nothing really..

So, what do you REALLY want?

How do you want to FEEL?

& what could happen in your life if you worked on that versus focusing solely on losing something.

When you begin to take steps to embark on how you want to feel, your life will change in more ways than one.

The best place to start is to explore your daily routine in a new way & to learn to embrace small but sustainable habits that actually help you feel how you want to feel.

When you can learn to be patient & embrace this, you’ll crush ANY goal.

What should you eat to lose weight? What should you eat to be healthy? These are such common questions we get from prospective clients and current members.

The answer?

It depends.

Why does it depend? Because what works for Mary might not work for Sue. That's the problem with those 1 size fits all programs out there. They never take into account personal preferences, lifestyle, habits, goals, values, activity levels, and what is sustainable for YOU.
