We were grateful to have 52 residents and family members join us for our Thanksgiving Luncheon yesterday! It was a beautiful celebration filled with joy, connection, and shared gratitude. 🧡🍂

Another great day getting into the Thanksgiving spirit here at Saint Joseph’s! 🦃🍁 We had a festive parade with shoebox floats, an inflatable turkey, and shared delicious desserts with our residents. Feeling grateful for this joyful season!

Happy Friendsgiving! Our Rehab team partnered with patients to create a beautiful holiday meal, and we loved sharing it with the new friends we’ve made at St. Joseph’s. Celebrating community, healing, and the power of friendship.

MJ arrived at St. Joe’s after experiencing multiple falls at home, presenting with overall weakness, poor balance, and decreased participation in daily activities.

Through dedicated Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, MJ made remarkable progress. PT helped strengthen her balance and mobility through graceful movement techniques, OT improved her bathing and dressing independence, and ST enhanced her cognitive and safety awareness.

By discharge, MJ was walking over 100 feet without assistance, actively participating in daily living tasks, and ready to return to her assisted living facility.

After speaking with MJ and her family, here’s what they had to say about our team:
“With St. Joseph’s excellent care and rehabilitation, MJ is on a better path moving forward.”

“MJ said she feels confident— and that’s all I can ask for right now!”

Meet Becket, Saint Joseph’s newest team member!

We’re excited to introduce our very own therapy dog, Becket, along with his handler, Siena, one of our amazing speech therapists. Becket will be visiting us each week to support patients during therapy sessions — and to spread plenty of smiles along the way! 💛✨

Ann and Roberta arrived at Saint Joseph’s for rehab at different times and for different reasons — but an interactive social therapy group brought them together in the most unexpected way. They discovered they grew up in the same neighborhood, right next door! Now they’re new friends, motivating each other every step of the way, alongside their favorite therapists. 💙
