Residents and staff gathered together to witness heartfelt vow renewals officiated by Pastor Edris. The joyful ceremony was filled with smiles, sweet moments, and plenty of celebration as everyone enjoyed cake together afterward. 🌟 LTC Success Story – Ricky 🌟

Ricky first came to St. Joseph’s following a hospitalization for pneumonia and heart failure. At the start of his journey, he needed assistance with daily activities, was on an altered diet, and preferred staying in his room.

With determination and the support of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, Ricky made incredible progress! Today, he is completing his ADLs with greater independence, enjoying meals in the dining room on a regular diet, participating in boxing groups, attending social activities, and even playing fetch with our therapy dog, Beckett! 🐾💙

Ricky truly represents what perseverance, support, and compassionate care can achieve. As Ricky says, “I love it here! St. Joseph’s is great!” 👏

Ruby has been a valued member of the Landmark team at St. Joseph Rehab & Nursing Center since 2021 and brings more than 20 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Throughout her career, Ruby has demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, innovation, and dedication to resident care.

In her new role, Ruby will help support clinical collaboration, mentorship, education, and excellence across all Landmark centers. We are confident she will bring tremendous value to both our SLP teams and the organization as a whole.
