🎪✨ Carnival Fun & Music Magic! 🎶🎉

Our residents at Saint Joseph Rehab kicked off the day with a lively Carnival celebration—games, treats, and plenty of laughter filled the room! Afterward, the fun continued with music class, where everyone joined in with instruments, singing, and smiles all around. 🎵💛

It was the perfect day of joy, creativity, and connection—proof that at Saint Joseph, there’s always something exciting to look forward to!

🏖️ Sand, Smiles & Creativity! 🏖️

Our residents at Saint Joseph Rehab brought the beach indoors with a day of sandcastle building! From towers to seashell touches, everyone let their imagination run wild while reminiscing about summers spent by the shore. 🌊✨

It was the perfect mix of creativity, laughter, and a little “sand therapy” for the soul.

Celebrating Delisha!

Today we say goodbye (for now!) to Delisha, whose last day at Saint Joseph Rehab is bittersweet for us all. She has truly been the Jack of all trades—working the front desk, helping with supplies, scheduling, and so much more.

Delisha is off to pursue her dream at PTA school, and we couldn’t be more proud of her. We’ll miss her energy, teamwork, and dedication, but we hope to see her back at Saint Joseph’s in the future!

Best of luck, Delisha—you’ll always have a family here!

Rehab Success at Saint Joseph!

Maxine came to Saint Joseph Rehab after a hospital stay for volume overload, a humerus fracture, and aspiration pneumonia. During her stay, she worked with our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, while also receiving dialysis right here in our on-site Dialysis Den.

With the support of her therapists and use of OmniVR® technology, Maxine made remarkable gains in strength, balance, and independence. By discharge, she was getting in and out of bed on her own, walking with her hemi-walker, and back on a regular diet.

Her words say it best:
“I loved it here, I wish I could put you all in a newspaper, everyone has been so great!”

Big energy at Saint Joseph Rehab today with BoxingRx and Tessa!

Our residents laced up the gloves and got moving as part of our GracefulMotion specialized movement disorder program. Boxing promotes strength, balance, and coordination—and brings lots of smiles, too.

This program is just one of the ways we’re helping residents stay active, engaged, and empowered!

From dialysis to discharge—Antonio made incredible strides at Saint Joseph Rehab!

He arrived needing dialysis and walking with a rolling walker. With daily therapy, strength-building exercises (including e-stim for low back pain), and the support of our GracefulMotion programming, Antonio no longer requires dialysis and now walks with a cane. Most importantly, he’s heading home feeling stronger, more independent, and confident.
