Experience guided deep relaxation - Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) in a group session.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation needed—all are welcome!
Lay down or sit comfortably and be guided in yoga nidra, a practice of deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation with no physical poses involved. Benefits of this practice may include reduction in stress, better sleep, greater connection to self, and increased mental clarity.

I am trained in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra and I’ll take you through a relaxation journey of body and breath awareness, revealed personal intentions, and soothing guided imagery.
