Everyday Encounters:
🕊️ Birds in Your Garden – Send Reiki as they perch or sing nearby.
🐝 Bees & Butterflies – Channel Reiki to pollinators as they hover around flowers.
🦊 City Wildlife – Offer Reiki to foxes, squirrels, or hedgehogs in your neighbourhood.

I’m thrilled to be offering a virtual gentle Yoga class Wednesdays at 6pm starting next week with Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series. This class is free to participants, and I put the registration page in the comments here. Please feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

In this class we will move mindfully, stretch gently, and use the breath to relax and focus. We'll practice a number of yoga poses for strength, balance, and deep relaxation. There will be a mix of gentle flow and still poses. The last portion of class will be dedicated to deep relaxation through postures, meditation, and breathing exercises. All are welcome including those new to yoga.

There are so many wonderful Summer Fitness Series classes happening in Boston parks and online–please check them out!
These classes are open to all; you don’t need to be a Boston resident.

🌿 Mindfulness Verse of the Week 🌿

Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment!

Gathas are short, mindful verses that anchor us in the present during daily activities. At Plum Village, we weave them into waking up, eating, walking, or even washing dishes, inviting peace into every moment.

Try this practice:

✨ Let your breath guide the rhythm.
