Feeling emotionally flat doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you.

Sometimes, emotional numbness is your nervous system’s way of protecting you, especially after long periods of stress, burnout, or trauma. It’s not a flaw. It’s a response.

Therapy can offer a space to slowly reconnect with yourself, your feelings, and your sense of safety—at your own pace.

Therapy isn’t always about breakthroughs or big emotional moments.Sometimes it looks like:

Sitting in silence together
Practicing how to say hard things
Making space for grief, anger, or numbness
Laughing about something that once felt heavy

Therapy doesn’t follow a script. It meets you where you are. 💛

Seasonal depression isn’t just a winter thing.

For some, the long days, intense heat, or change in routine can bring on feelings of isolation, restlessness, or even sadness—this is called Summer-pattern Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

If you’re feeling low and aren’t sure why, you're not alone—and you're not making it up. Therapy can help you explore patterns, develop coping tools, and feel more supported through seasonal shifts.
