Before getting into energy healing, astrology, and the self-development space, I spent over a decade in corporate communications, employee engagement, and cultural transformation roles in the biotech and life sciences industry. And while there was growth for me there, I always had a gut feeling that there was something more.

​In my late 20s, after battling postpartum and other life challenges, I started to dig into the shifts happening for me. The journey was slow and difficult and brought me to some of my lowest points, but through therapy, past life regressions, PSYCH-K®, and other holistic and spiritual practices, I began to find my way in the darkness and mess of it all. Today, I work with individuals and groups to help unblock areas where they feel stuck and guide them to step into who they came to be in this lifetime. Most people think Libras are perfectly balanced. The reality? We’re always in search of balance—exploring what it means, how it feels, and the wisdom it brings.

Libra is known for harmony, fairness, and relationships. Yet every Libra eventually realizes that equilibrium isn’t a fixed point—it’s a dance. A dance between polarities: yin and yang, masculine and feminine, dark and light, rest and work, play and practicality.

And just as important, it’s about the relationship we have with ourselves and with others.

What began as inspiration from the Summer Solstice has blossomed into a piece that’s not just about making art—it’s about co-creating with the earth, discovering beauty in community, and celebrating the joy of the process itself.

What a summer. 🌞

It’s not technically the last day of summer, but with the kids heading back to school, I can definitely feel the shift in the air.

Looking back… it was a full one.

We moved houses 🏡, got a dog 🐾, brought home a tractor 🚜, and started building out the land—putting in posts and a sign for our future gathering space—The Medicine Wheel.

We planted an orchard 🍎, dipped in the pool, snuck in a couple of beach days, and even made it to Paris 🇫🇷.

I continued hosting Reiki events, 1:1 sessions, workshops, and even had a photography session with for Nuna Therapy 📸.

Grateful for what we’ve created and all that will continue to unfold. ✨

Since moving to our new place, I’ve been visualizing a healing sanctuary—a retreat center to reconnect with nature in community.

A place where people from all walks of life can come to awaken, release and remember who they truly are deep down.

The installation of this entry sign is our first step toward that vision and I couldn’t be more excited for what unfolds next.

It’s become a bit of a buzzword. We all need it. We all want it.

But somewhere along the way, it got repackaged. It became glossy and commercialized.I’m talking bubble baths, scented candles, and spa days.

And while I’m all for a good soak and a little pampering…

Real self-care goes much deeper. And the best part? It doesn’t have to cost a thing.

If you’re looking to care for yourself today (and every day), here are 5 meaningful ways to show up for YOU:

💛 Ask yourself: What do I really need right now?
💛 Clear something that’s been draining you.
💛 Do something just because it brings you joy.

There’s something sacred about endings.

And today, I’m honoring one—saying goodbye to the home that held our lives for the last 9 years.

Before leaving, I did a simple ritual with my kids to thank the space for all it gave us.

If you find yourself in a similar place, looking to honoring an ending, here’s what we did:

1️⃣ Grounding. We sat on the floor of our favorite room, took deep breaths, and let ourselves feel the energy of our home.

2️⃣ Memory. In the stillness, I asked each of us to recall a memory (either happy or sad). We then shared them aloud.

3️⃣ Thanks. We expressed our gratitude for the safety, warmth, and growth this home gave us.

4️⃣ Blessing. We asked the home to offer the same protection, joy, and love to the next family who enters it.

After the ritual we allowed ourselves the space to grieve, to release, and to celebrate the new adventure ahead.
