Thank you to our hospitalist for giving up so much to serve and help others every day (and night). Happy birthday, America! Photo credit: Dr. Pat Smitty.

The Happiness Sock Drive is underway until Jan 31! Please give to keep our homeless neighbors warm! The Happiness Committee is collecting new socks, coats, shoes, and other supplies for Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Find collection boxes throughout the hospital: in HMU, the DOM, and various medical wards. Ellison 12 / Albright Blue filled their box in record time ...and have since filled another box! Pictured here: Josh, Nettie, Flan, Emma, Sydney, Kim, Jess, Valeria, and Emily. Thanks also to Judy Pham for donating holiday gift paper and to Suellen Li and Allie Andreski for wrapping collection boxes.
