We’ve all been there. Missed a workout. Went out with friends and overindulged. These things happen, and we aren’t time travelers (unless anyone has a secret)…

Best way through it is to show up fully to your next workout, get back on track with nutrition, and stop wasting energy cutting yourself down.

Spoiler alert: one slip up can’t actually ruin a thing.

If you need help with any of this, hit us up!

🧘
Gentle Yoga + Functional Movement
8/4 + 8/11 - Monday 6pm
🧘
This class blends gentle yoga with functional movement to support balance and mobility. We’ll move through a series of grounded postures and flowing transitions that invite curiosity, coordination, and control. Expect a mix of slow, intentional movement, longer-held shapes, and playful variations designed to build confidence and body awareness. Perfect for anyone looking to feel more capable and connected, no yoga experience necessary.
🧘
Jessica Morris is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) with additional training in trauma-informed and accessible yoga. Her classes focus on mindful movement, nervous system support, and creating a space where students feel safe to explore what ease and strength look like in their own bodies. She also hosts regular sound baths at Human Movement Lab, using the healing tones of singing bowls and gongs to support rest and recovery. When she’s not teaching, you can find her hiking in the mountains or gleefully picking up and putting down heavy things at the Lab.
