Try this plank dumbbell challenge 🔥I'm using 7.5lb dumbbells but go higher or lower.

SAVE this Total Body Strength & resistance workout to get toned & burn 🔥 body fat!

Complete each move for 30 seconds (rest 10 - 15 seconds) and repeat 3 to 5xs. I'm using a 10lb dumbbell but go higher or lower - your choice 💪
