Happy New Years!!

As we step into a new year, we are not focused on resolutions. We are focused on responsibility.

The responsibility to keep raising the bar for the families who trust us. To keep investing in the clinicians and staff who show up every day with heart, skill, and grit. To keep building systems that support quality, consistency, and long term impact not shortcuts.

Last year challenged us, stretched us, and pushed us to grow in ways that matter. This year, we are coming in clearer, stronger, and more intentional.

2026 is about depth.
Doing the hard things well.
Staying grounded in why we do this work in the first place.

To our families, our team, and our partners thank you for being part of the Blue Gems story. We are just getting started.

First look at our new clinic in Belmont, NC! The signage is up and looking great, and our team is busy bringing the space to life and growing an incredible clinic staff. We can’t wait to open our doors and start serving the community very soon.

We’re teaming up with Blue Gems ABA Therapy to bring awareness to Autism Spectrum Disorder with Blue Gems Cotton Candy: blue cotton candy ice cream with blue sprinkles! 🔹

🔹Blue Gems uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy based on the science of learning and behavior, and is commonly practiced as a therapeutic intervention for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ABA helps the individual improve social interactions, learn new skills, and maintain positive behaviors. ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works in real situations.

We’ve partnered with Mobley's Shoes - Est. 1950 to host a sensory-friendly shoe shopping event for kids who may struggle with the noise, crowds, or rush of a typical store - especially those on the autism spectrum.

Back-to-school shopping shouldn’t feel overwhelming. This event is designed to be calm, supportive, and tailored to your child’s needs.

👟 Every child will receive a FREE pair of shoes
💙 Support from the Blue Gems ABA team
🧸 Quiet environment, limited families at a time
