Real talk from this week in PT recruiting:
I’m actively placing candidates right now — and talking to clinic owners who are frustrated after spending thousands on ads that led to… nothing.
At the same time, the strongest PT candidates I’m working with aren’t leading with salary.
They’re asking:
– What does mentorship actually look like day-to-day?
– How quickly am I expected to ramp up?
– Who will I be learning from?
Here’s the disconnect:
Clinics are investing in job ads…
But candidates are making decisions based on clarity, support, and growth.
The clinics that can clearly communicate those things are the ones getting offers accepted.
