Focus on incorporating foods rich in calcium and vitamin D for bone health, and phytoestrogens found in soy, flaxseeds, and whole grains to help balance hormonal changes.

🍎Did you know that fiber has a multitude of health benefits beyond promoting digestion? Fiber can be beneficial for heart health, cholesterol, and maintaining steady blood sugar levels!

🍎Despite this, most Americans are not eating enough fiber in their daily diet! We recommend consuming about 30-40g of fiber per day unless otherwise directed. Include these fiber-filled foods and make your fiber intake a priority for a healthier, happier you!

A balanced diet high in fiber, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables and regular physical activity can be preventative against developing type 2 diabetes!

Limit added sugars and meals high in refined carbohydrates while being mindful of your portion sizing and meal timing.
