Client Testimonial -- Cheryl went from hating running to actually liking it!

She didn't have big goals; just wanted to be able to run a few days per week for her fitness, and maybe do a casual charity 5k.

After 3 months in the program, she was running for 20 minutes at a time, nice and slow, and not out of breath!

The program works by combining educational modules (done on your schedule), a customized training program, expert coaching, and community support and accountability.
