Thanksgiving is here! π While it is a wonderful time to celebrate with family and feasts, we wish to acknowledge that it can also be a time of significant stress for many.
Some practical ways to help manage this stress include setting healthy boundaries, mindful breathing, making time for self care and of course, positive affirmations.
