What’s your favorite body part?
Our team had thoughts.

Your pain isn’t a pop quiz — you don’t get points for guessing the diagnosis.
Good clinicians use a differential diagnosis: a list of real possibilities that change as you change.

Because pain has layers.
Because things shift.
Because different problems need different tools.

If your provider isn’t thinking this way… we should talk. 👀

Holiday reminder:
Your worth is not measured in workouts, calories, or how “disciplined” you were at dinner.

Eat the food you want. Skip the guilt you don’t.
Trust your body. Enjoy your people.

The only thing you have to do tomorrow?
Be a decent human. The end. 🧡

Ever had a provider usher you straight onto the table before you can even say how you’re feeling? Yeah… that’s not care, that’s a routine.

If every session looks identical — same exercises, same treatment, same script — it’s not personalized rehab. And if you’re not getting better… that’s your sign.

You deserve someone who actually checks in, listens, and adjusts your plan based on you, not their timer.

Boston folks: if you’ve been stuck in the “same treatment every visit” cycle, come see what tailored, evidence-based care actually feels like.

11/21/2025

If your provider’s entire “treatment plan” is just… tools, gadgets, and whatever they can dig into your tissues with, we need to talk.

Those things can be helpful — sure. But they aren’t the treatment. You are. Your progress is. Your ability to help yourself is.

If your care would completely fall apart the moment those tools disappear? That’s not care. That’s dependency disguised as expertise.

You deserve a provider who can make you better with their brain, not just their hands. Someone who teaches you, not gatekeeps your pain.

Boston runners + active humans: if you’re ready for actual autonomy, we’ve got you.

How We’re Giving Back
This season, we’re collecting food for the East Boston Community Soup Kitchen, which provides free, hot meals and essential support to our neighbors in need. Bring non-perishable goods to the office between now and Christmas!

We’re also raising funds for Stride for Stride, a Boston-based nonprofit breaking financial barriers in the running world by covering race entry fees for those who otherwise couldn’t afford to participate.

So whether you’re running, lifting, or just looking for a way to give back this season — join us. Because when our community moves together, everyone moves forward.

Look, I’m strength training! You should too!

It doesn’t have to be complicated — just consistent. Here are the basics I give runners who want to stay strong and durable.

11/17/2025

Ever had a provider tell you you’ve got the tightest [insert body part here] or try to “treat” you by seeing how much pain you can tolerate? Yeah… no.

You deserve care that’s more than poke-and-pray diagnostics. You deserve someone who actually knows how to assess what’s going on — and won’t make things worse in the process.

If this clip feels a little too familiar, you’re not alone. And you can find better care.

Boston runners + active humans: if you’ve been through this, come see what evidence-based rehab is supposed to feel like.
