If you’re new here, hi 👋🏼 my name is Babz and this is my four legged yoga partner Benny.

I started my YouTube channel “Balance With Babz” in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to share educational videos for my mom, and patients with lymphedema, lipedema, cancer and lymphatic disorders.

Lymph Flow Yoga quickly became a practice that I started to personally notice the benefits, and it became a daily flow that everyBODY can enjoy.

Lymph Flow Yoga has four components in each class:
• 10 step self manual lymph drainage routine
• breath work focused on improving lymph flow
• yoga sequences specific to lymphatic pathways
• mindfulness to create more balance in your life + lymph

I now have over 800 videos on my channel🤯, ranging from chair yoga, wrist-free, self-manual lymph drainage, meditations, mental health, physical health, chakra energy series, and more.

I’ve connected with so many of you through making these videos, and I can’t wait to see what the new year brings.
