Join Julianne for a 6-part* prenatal yoga series, designed to be supportive and nurturing for pregnancy. This unique class series will go beyond simply modifying yoga poses, and will also celebrate community, incorporate mindfulness meditation, and strive to make participants as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in the body.
Each class includes postures that bring balance and alignment to the pelvis and pelvic floor, strength to the lower body, and tension relief to the upper back and shoulders. We will also explore restorative postures that encourage focus on the breath, and offer a chance to bond with the baby.
This mindful exploration will leave you feeling more prepared, supported and nurtured for whatever lies ahead in your pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Participants at any stage of pregnancy are welcome to join.
*This 6 part series will run over 7 weeks, skipping Tuesday, February 3rd.
