Losing weight is not about starving yourself. Do not skip your 3 meals and your snacks.✨💎🏆

Breakfast idea:

✅ Homemade egg McMuffin and coffee

✅ eggs, turkey bacon, bagels and some fruits

✅ Oat meal , add peanut butter, milk, chia seeds, honey , strawberries and bananas.

Remember before eating your breakfast always drink your green juice first or your lemon water.
