Ear seeds are small, round seeds or balls applied to the outer ear with medical tape, used for auriculotherapy. Auriculotherapy is the stimulation of specific points on the outer ear to benefit health! Ear seeds are a form of acupressure.

Join us at Boston Acupuncture Project next Thursday, October 16, from 6-7 PM. We'll learn about Ear Seeds for Stress in a new class taught by Dr. Angela Jamal. Register soon - the class is almost full.

Both ear and body acupressure and acupuncture can be used to support mental health as well as physical health. We're available for community acupuncture 5 days a week and sell ear seeds, too.

Join us to learn about the benefits of ear seeds and get hands-on practice applying ear seeds for self-care!

Auriculotherapy is the stimulation of specific points on the outer ear to benefit health. Ear seeds are small, round seeds or balls applied to the outer ear with medical tape, used for auriculotherapy.

Dr. Angela Jamal is a retired public school educator and now doctor of acupuncture specializing in auriculotherapy, specifically ear acupressure.
