A simple place to land for an hour of sound and peace

Sometimes we’re not looking for a big shift. We just need somewhere to land for a little while.

This $21 60 minute crystal singing bowl sound meditation at 6:30pm on Sunday March 29th at Mystic Fitness in Framingham is simply a space to pause, settle in, and be around others who are looking for a little peace too.

During the session, you’ll rest comfortably in your own cozy nest of blankets and props from home as we begin with a gentle breathing exercise and body scan meditation, followed by a sound meditation with the crystal singing bowls.

Bring your cozy essentials, get comfortable, and settle into the space together. Just being there with others who are taking the same time for themselves adds something special to the room.

Take a little time to settle in, listen, and be part of the evening.

Today I had the joy of offering Late-Winter Ease at in Framingham.

I feel truly thankful to share a practice that has supported and grounded me in meaningful ways.

Thank you to Dima for recommending me, to Erica for opening her beautiful space to me, and to Ariel for her steady support and care throughout.

I feel sincerely appreciative. Selling out my first workshop at Common Ground was such a special experience. Thank you to each person who chose to spend their Sunday afternoon in that room. Your presence, openness, and sincerity created such a beautiful and connected space.

A special thank you to Becky for attending. Your warmth and loving spirit were such a gift, and it felt so good to be in your energy again.

There is something powerful about choosing to pause like this. When we give ourselves space to rest and receive, it ripples outward, softening how we move through the world and how we care for one another.

I’m already looking forward to the next time we can gather like this.

Coming back from a few days at assisting ‘s Art of Hibernation retreat, and I’m feeling deeply grounded.

Working alongside Jacqui is always profound. Her work supports people in strengthening their roots in a quiet, steady way, and it’s powerful to witness. There are so many layers to what she offers. Even though I was there to assist, I was also lucky to receive the benefits of the work myself.

Katie and Leo, the other assistants, are just amazing to work with. Their energy, presence, and care made the whole experience feel so complete. I’m truly grateful to have been a part of it.

I also spent a lot of time outside, hiking through the snow. I felt prepared and comfortable, and most of the time I had the trails to myself. On my third hike, I stopped to meditate, then stayed longer drinking hot coffee from my thermos and feeling the earth beneath me. It was emotional and grounding, and I could really feel the energy of Kripalu in that moment.

There was so much beautiful time to be present.

I’m easing back into everyday life with more awareness and a deeper sense of grounding.
